These bolts replaces oem saddlebag locks.  Fit Victory Cross Country / Cross Roads and Victory Touring/Bagger Motorcycles. The Saddlebags will be more secure and reduce the chance of the Dzus fasteners failing. You will receive:4 –  Stainless Steel Bolts;4 - U-Clips;4 - Stainless Steel Lock Washers.
